The Acidified Food Course will be held on March 20^th at the PGC Soil Conservation Office; currently, we only have 7 registered and would like to have a few more!  If you know anyone looking to add to their value-added line with pickles, salsas, hot pepper jelly and sell at farmers markets, this class would be perfect!  A great value, too, and SMADC offers a 50% reimbursement after the class for anyone in Southern Maryland.
